I got the cutest card ever from my nephew Alex yesterday. Alex has been asking for a dog for a long time but my sister hates anything you have to take care of (with exception of Alex because according to her “you HAVE TO like your own kid”). So Alex sent me a ‘Congratulations on your new puppy card’ and on the inside he wrote “I can’t wait to meet my new cousin Brownie. Love, Alex”. I think that’s pretty good for a 5 year old. He also sent Brownie a Jayhawk cookie treat which was perfect timing because I had to take her yesterday to get 2 shots so she deserved something special. Thanks Al, we miss you and Brownie can’t wait to meet you either!
