The NFL 2008-2009 season has started off horribly for us. We’ve come to realize that our little household is probably cheering for the two worst teams in the entire NFL. We had such high hopes for the Browns this season not only because they came off a great 10-6 season last year but also because Brownie Sunday Beal was going to be our lucky charm. We get her all dressed up in her Brown’s gear on game day and the Browns still lose.
To make things worse, the Kansas City Chiefs are even worse than the Browns are. This past week they started Tyler Thigpen at QB. Who is he??? He’s 24 years old, the Chief’s 3rd string quarterback and this was his first NFL start. The Chiefs lost. I’m almost grateful I don’t get to see the Chiefs games here in Ohio. So as a house, we have started this season off 0-6 and it’s not looking like it’s going to get any better.
