This week we took Brownie to our church, St. Raphael’s, to be blessed by Father Tim Gareau and Father Michael Stalla . So many pets including dogs, cats, rabbits and even turtles getting married gathered on the front lawn to celebrate the feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals. Brownie got in line and got her blessing like a good girl. She had fun playing with an older chocolate lab she met and a red golden retriever puppy.
