Kurt’s alma mater, St. Edward High School, is having a great year in basketball this year so we decided Henry was ready for his first game. We wanted to take him to watch a home game before the playoffs started and while the games weren’t too crowded. The Eagles played great and stomped on Mentor 78-63. The best part was all the famous people we saw at the game. Henry and I got to meet the Cavalier’s coach Mike Brown (his son plays for St. Eds) and the Cav’s In Arena Host Ahmad Crump. We also saw Cav’s player Jawad Williams and the University of Louisville’s head basketball coach Rick Pitino. Not bad for a high school basketball game!
The Eagles are the #1 seed in their division and start their run for State Championship next week.
